A Stanton brothers graphic novel tempts me...
But I'll need a collaborator who can draw a damn sight better than I can
Here in rough form (alas, the only drawing style I possess) is Alan Piper, sitting with his feet on a fancy desk, in the process of asking Eric Stanton to show his new partner the ropes.
My illustration style isn't good enough for a graphic novel, but I'm seriously considering turning 'Bad Luck and Trouble ' into one. With the right collaborator, and the right approach, I reckon this story would make a cracking graphic tale. One that's graphic in all the right ways. Proper X-rated crime fiction.
